How can we help?

Quick guides, known issues, and a fast line to a human when you need one.

Getting started

New here?

The fastest way to get the feel of the planner will be the five-step tour we're building right now. Until then, the trail catalog and the community are good first stops.

Known issues

What we're tracking

Bugs and limitations we know about. If you hit something not listed here, the contact form below is the fastest route.

  • Loyalsock Trail data not yet available

    Sourcing in progress

We're sourcing official LT trail data and licensing it through the proper channels. The LT trail page will switch from Coming Soon to Live once data is in hand.

  • Offline trail packs (iOS + Android) — waitlist

Apple Dev approval + app review

Native apps move under Amoeba Media's new Apple Developer Program enrollment. Web works today; offline mode arrives with the iOS/Android release.

  • Photo orientation may be off on some HEIC uploads

    Tracking

HEIC photos are converted to WebP client-side before upload. A handful of older iOS captures lose their EXIF rotation in conversion. Workaround: re-save as JPEG before uploading.

Browser & device support

Trail Sherpa runs on modern Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge — desktop and mobile. Older browsers may break the planner map. Offline trail packs require the iOS or Android app, on the waitlist while we move under the Amoeba Media Apple Developer Program.
